本抗原清单共涉及145种抗原肽,来自21篇2005年至2024年的研究文献。该清单可用于结肠癌肿瘤疫苗的研发测试,也可以用于结肠癌T细胞疗法的靶点选择。为能够检验抗原肽的T细胞活化特性,针对每种抗原肽HLA,我们都开发了四聚体,以用于疫苗活化T细胞的效果测试。
