repertoire<\/em>\u201d\uff08\u626d\u66f2\u4e86\u4f53\u5916TIL\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u5e93\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u4e00\u4e9b\u5173\u952e\u7684\u6297\u764cT\u7ec6\u80de\u514b\u9686\u5728\u6269\u589e\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e22\u5931\u6216\u65e0\u6cd5\u88ab\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u3002<\/section>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u521b\u65b0\uff1aNeoScreen\u5982\u4f55\u5b9e\u73b0\u201c\u7cbe\u51c6\u9493\u9c7c\u201d\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>NeoScreen\u7684\u9769\u547d\u6027\u5728\u4e8e\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u6297\u539f\u523a\u6fc0\u4e0eTIL\u6269\u589e\u540c\u6b65\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u79cd\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7279\u6b8a\u6539\u9020\u7684\u201c\u8d85\u7ea7\u8bf1\u9975\u201d\u2014\u2014\u5de5\u7a0b\u5316\u7684\u81ea\u4f53\u6297\u539f\u5448\u9012\u7ec6\u80de\uff08APC\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u9009\u62e9\u4e86\u6613\u4e8e\u4ece\u5c11\u91cf\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u83b7\u53d6\u548c\u6269\u589e\u7684<strong>CD40\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684B\u7ec6\u80de<\/strong>\u4f5c\u4e3aAPC\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u6700\u5927\u5316\u5176\u6fc0\u6d3b\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7RNA\u7535\u7a7f\u5b54\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9bB\u7ec6\u80de\u88c5\u5907\u4e86\u4e09\u79cd\u5173\u952e\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u523a\u6fc0\u5206\u5b50\uff1a<strong>4-1BBL\u3001OX40L \u548c IL-12<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728TIL\u57f9\u517b\u7684<strong>\u7b2c0\u5929<\/strong>\uff0c\u5c31\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u88c5\u8f7d\u4e86\u60a3\u8005\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u80bf\u7624\u6297\u539f\uff08\u901a\u8fc7\u8f6c\u67d3\u4e32\u8054\u5fae\u57fa\u56e0TMG\u6216\u8109\u51b2\u5408\u6210\u80bd\uff09\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u5316B\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u4e0e\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u788e\u7247\u6216\u89e3\u79bb\u7684\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u4e00\u540c\u52a0\u5165\u57f9\u517b\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u6837\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u90a3\u4e9bTCR\u80fd\u8bc6\u522b\u7279\u5b9a\u80bf\u7624\u6297\u539f\u7684T\u7ec6\u80de\u624d\u4f1a\u88ab\u5f3a\u70c8\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5e76\u4f18\u5148\u6269\u589e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u5bf9\u6297\u764cT\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u201c\u5b9a\u5411\u5bcc\u96c6\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u6210\u6548\uff1a\u6570\u636e\u60ca\u4eba\uff0c\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e25\u8c28<\/h3>\n<p><span data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">\u901a\u8fc7NeoScreen\uff0c\u5229\u7528IFN\u03b3\u9176\u8054\u514d\u75ab\u6591\u70b9<\/span>\uff08ELISpot\uff09\u3001pMHC\u56db\u805a\u4f53\u548c4-1BB\u67d3\u8272\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u7d2f\u8ba1\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e8623\u79cd\u80bf\u7624\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec15\u79cd\u65b0\u8868\u4f4d\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u3001\u5375\u5de2\u764c\u3001\u80ba\u764c\u548c\u7ed3\u80a0\u764c\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624\u4e2d\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e86NeoScreen\u7684\u5f3a\u5927\u80fd\u529b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul our knowledge, this is the first extensive demonstration that neoantigen-specific TCRs consistently target autologous
