class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 50px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5185\u6e90\u6027TCR\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u201c\u6df7\u5408TCR\u201d\u7684\u51fa\u73b0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cTCR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u5f00\u53d1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f1a\u4f7f\u7528Jurkat T\u7ec6\u80de\u3001\u539f\u4ee3T\u7ec6\u80de\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u7ec6\u80de\u5747\u542b\u6709\u81ea\u8eab\u5185\u6e90\u6027TCR\u590d\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u5b8c\u6574\u7684V(d)J\u5e8f\u5217\u548cTRC\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u9776\u5411\u6297\u539f\u7684TCR\u5e8f\u5217\u5bf9\u4e8e\u88ab\u88c5\u5165\u7684T\u7ec6\u80de\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u5916\u6e90TCR\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u5728\u4e0d\u5220\u9664\u5185\u6e90\u6027TCR\u590d\u5408\u7269\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5916\u6e90\u6027TCR\u7684\u5bfc\u5165\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u5355\u4e2aT\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u51fa\u73b0\u201c\u6df7\u5408TCR\u201d\u7684\u72b6\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u6df7\u5408TCR\u662fT\u7ec6\u80de\u6297\u539f\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6548\u529b\u5f31\u3001\u4e25\u91cd\u8131\u9776\u7b49\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u73b0\u8c61\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u6240\u8c13\u6df7\u5408TCR\u662f\u6307\uff1a\u5185\u6e90\u6027TCR
