FVYGGSKTSL\uff0cEBNA1\u8d1f\u8d23\u5728\u6f5c\u4f0f\u611f\u67d3\u671f\u95f4\u590d\u5236\u548c\u7ef4\u62a4\u75c5\u6bd2\u8868\u89c2\u9057\u4f20\u5b66\u7684\u590d\u5236\u8d77\u70b9\u3002Epstein-Barr\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08EBV\uff09\u7f16\u7801\u7684\u6838\u6297\u539f1\uff08EBNA1\uff09\u662f\u9488\u5bf9EBV\u76f8\u5173\u6076\u6027\u80bf\u7624\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5728\u6240\u6709EBV\u9633\u6027\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u8868\u8fbe\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1CD8 +\u7ec6\u80de\u6bd2\u6027T\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de(CTL)\u8868\u4f4d\u5448\u73b0\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u5176\u7518\u6c28\u9178-\u4e19\u6c28\u9178\u91cd\u590d\u57df(GAr)\u6240\u963b\u6b62\uff0c\u4f46\u4f7f\u7528mRNA\u8f6c\u5bfc\u6811\u7a81\u72b6\u7ec6\u80de(DCs)\u5c06\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bf1\u5bfcEBNA1\u7279\u5f02\u6027CTL\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u7528\u542b\u6709GAr\u7684EBNA1\u8f6c\u5bfc\u5355\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u6765\u6e90\u7684DC\u523a\u6fc0\u540e\uff0c\u4ece\u5065\u5eb7\u4f9b\u4f53\u6210\u529f\u5206\u79bb\u51fa\u4e24\u4e2aEBNA1\u7279\u5f02\u6027CTL\u514b\u9686B5\u548cC6\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9bCTL\u5206\u522b\u8bc6\u522bHLA-B * 3501\u548cHLA-Cw * 0303\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\u7684\u80bd\u3002\u7136\u540e\u9274\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u8868\u4f4dFVYGGSKTSL\uff0c\u5b83\u88abHLA-Cw * 0303\u548c-Cw * 0304\u5448\u9012\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u5206\u5b50\u5206\u522b\u7531&gt;35\uff05\u7684\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u3001&gt;20\uff05\u7684\u5317\u65b9\u6c49\u65cf\u4eba\u548c&gt;25\uff05\u7684\u9ad8\u52a0\u7d22\u4eba\u8868\u8fbe\u3002\u6df7\u5408\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de-\u80bd\u57f9\u517b\u65b9\u6cd5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5728HLA-Cw T\u7ec6\u80de1\u81f310\u4e2a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2aCTL\u514b\u9686\u6291\u5236\u4e86HLA\u5339\u914d\u7684EBV\u8f6c\u5316B\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14B5 CTL\u5bf9HLA-Cw * 0303\u80cc\u666f\u4e0bEBNA1\u8868\u8fbe\u80c3\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u4ea7\u751f\u03b3\u5e72\u6270\u7d20\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u8868\u660e\uff0cEBNA1
