IE1(Immediate Early Protein 1)蛋白来源:人类巨细胞病毒(Human cytomegalovirus, HCMV),一种可建立终身潜伏感染的β疱疹病毒,在免疫抑制人群(如器官移植受者、艾滋病患者)或胎儿中可引发严重疾病。

功能角色:IE1是病毒再激活后最早表达的关键调控蛋白之一,参与:

  • 激活病毒晚期基因转录

  • 干扰宿主干扰素信号通路与抗病毒免疫

  • 调控病毒潜伏-再激活转换

  • 促进病毒免疫逃逸
